SacredSpace Psychotherapy was born from both my professional journey and my personal story. For more than 15 years, I’ve dedicated my career to walking alongside individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult moments. I began my work in mental health in 2010 as a therapist supporting children and adolescents, which laid the foundation for my passion for helping people find their voice and their strength. From there, I served as an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Therapist and Team Lead, and later stepped into leadership roles as Clinical Director in both community mental health and substance use treatment settings.
Each chapter of my career has shaped the therapist I am today grounded, trauma-informed, and deeply committed to creating a safe, healing space for others. After six years working within a private practice, I knew it was time to take the next step and build something of my own: a solo practice that reflects not just my professional expertise, but also my heart. SacredSpace Psychotherapy is the culmination of that vision.
The most Sacred part of this path is personal. I’ve built this career while raising two sons as a single mother both pursuing higher education in psychology. Watching their dedication and growth has been one of my greatest inspirations, reminding me daily of the strength, perseverance, and hope that guide my work. SacredSpace is more than a practice; it’s a reflection of that journey and the belief that we are all capable of growth and transformation.
Here, my goal is simple: to meet you where you are, to hold space for your story, and to walk alongside you as you create the life you deserve.
